These terms cover your use of this website and how booking works with Mission Viejo Rodent Pros (“we,” “us”). By using the site or booking an inspection, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
You’re welcome to browse the site, read our guides and contact us. Please don’t:
The text, images and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission.
Our pages and blog posts share general information about rats, mice and rodent proofing in Mission Viejo and nearby cities. They’re meant to help you understand the problem, not to replace an inspection of your home. Every home is different, so what applies to yours depends on what we find on site.
We try to keep information accurate and current, including references to California rules. Laws and guidance can change, so check official sources for anything legal or health-related. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don’t control those sites.
We place traps where children and pets shouldn’t be able to reach them, and we’ll tell you where each one is. Please keep kids and pets out of treated areas, don’t move or handle traps, and let us know if anything is disturbed. Call us if a trap needs attention between visits.
Rodent control depends on the building, the surroundings and how rodents behave, so results can vary. Sealing closes the openings we find, but new gaps can form over time as roofs shift, seals wear or work is done on the house. We don’t promise that rodents will never return unless a written warranty in your service agreement says otherwise.
Prices, deposits and payment due dates are listed in your estimate or service agreement. Unpaid balances may delay follow-up visits.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the website or our services, or for pre-existing damage caused by rodents before our work began. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that can’t be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
