We’re a Mission Viejo rodent control company with one job: getting rats and mice out of homes and keeping the way in closed. That means finding how they got inside, trapping them without poison, sealing the gaps with materials they can’t chew, and cleaning up what they left behind.
Who We Are
Most rodent calls start the same way: noise in the ceiling, droppings in the garage, or a smell that won’t go away. A lot of homeowners have already tried a few traps from the hardware store, or had someone put out bait, and the problem came back.
That’s the gap we fill. As a local rat exterminator for Mission Viejo and the cities around it, we treat rodents as a building problem, not just a pest problem. The rats and mice inside are trapped and removed, but the real fix is finding and closing the openings that let them in.
We write every plan in plain language, explain what we found before any work starts, and tell you when something needs a roofer, electrician or tree service instead of us.
How We Work
These four rules shape every visit, from a single mouse in the pantry to roof rats in a two-story attic.
Where We Work
Our focus is Mission Viejo and the cities around it, where tile roofs, mature trees, canyons and decades-old homes give rodents plenty of ways in. Each area has its own page with local details.
Roof rats, Norway rats and house mice, plus native woodrats in foothill areas. The inspection tells us which one you have, since each gets into homes a little differently.
Most anticoagulant rodenticides are restricted in California. Poisoned rodents also tend to die inside walls, where the smell can last for weeks, and they can harm pets and wildlife that eat them. Traps and sealing avoid all of that.
Mission Viejo is our main focus, and we also serve Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita and San Juan Capistrano. If you’re nearby and not sure, call and ask.
We inspect the roofline, attic, garage, crawl space and yard, show you the activity and entry points we find, and explain the plan and price. Trapping can usually start on that same visit.
Tell us what you’re hearing or seeing, and we’ll set up an inspection.
