We’ll tell you about any inspection cost when you call, before we set up the visit, so there are no surprises.
Should I do anything before the inspection?
Keep food sealed, bring pet food inside at night, and don’t block any holes yet. Sealing before the rodents are out can trap them in the walls. If you’ve set traps or bait, leave them where they are and tell us.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, for the first visit. We’ll need access to the attic, garage and any crawl space, and it helps to walk you through what we find. Later trap checks can sometimes be arranged around your schedule.
What if it's urgent?
